Dan and Natasha adore their little artist, 3-year-old Sophia. They've loved watching her creativity flourish over the years and are constantly astonished by her boundless energy for arts and crafts.

Having a high-powered job in an investment bank, however, Dan finds that he doesn't have all the time he would like to be an involved dad - and he hates this! Meanwhile, Natasha chose to become a stay-at-home mom for her daughter's early years, channelling her passion for journalism into her blog pieces chronicling her love of baking, yoga and family life. Yet, Natasha can't help but feel like her parental role is gradually taking over as she's continuously trying to keep up with stimulating activities that appeal to Sophia's interests without adding clutter to the house.

SAMA helps Dan, Natasha and Sophia by suggesting inspiring and engaging activities that are simple to set up, appeal to Sophia's interests and make the most of what they have at home. This way, Dan can be more involved despite his limited time, and Natasha can take more time for her passions. Sama assures Natasha that it's not only OK but essential and possible to make time for things she enjoys while being a great mum. An added benefit: Sophia is learning self-care by watching her do it!
